Bomba (“the App”) is a minesweeper puzzle game developed by 8BitBiss. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
Bomba does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.
The App operates entirely on your device. The only data stored is your game progress (which levels you have completed), saved locally on your device using Apple’s standard UserDefaults storage. This data:
Bomba does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics libraries, advertising networks, or external APIs. There are no in-app purchases and no account registration required.
Bomba is suitable for all ages. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children or adults. Since no data is collected at all, the App complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple’s guidelines for kids category apps.
Because the App stores only local game progress data on your device, there is no data in transit and no server-side storage to secure. Your progress is protected by your device’s own security (screen lock, encryption, etc.).
If this Privacy Policy is updated, the new version will be posted in this repository with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
